Tua’s commitment to his routine–whether that’s shaving each morning or listening to old-school jazz while he gets ready for the game–is what’s given him the “every day is gameday” mindset and helped him succeed.

I’m not very superstitious; I’m regimen-oriented. I believe that if you are consistent in a lot of the things that you do, you can see results and expect the same results over and over.
Cole comes from a football family; his father and uncle both were drafted into the NFL. Now, it’s Cole’s turn. He’s taken knowledge from those who have come before him and turned it into his routine to get ready for games. Part of that preparation includes a shave every game day, because Cole knows that when you look your best, you feel your best, and you can play your best.
