We hate to hear you weren't as satisfied with our newer model as you were with our older version. It's helpful to wash your face and neck with warm water and mild soap to help remove natural oils and sweat. This also makes hair softer and easier to cut. The best time to shave is right after a hot shower! Since this wasn't the experience we'd expect, please give us a call at (800) 445-5388 so we may assist you further.
