Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Limited Warranty for the GilletteLabs Razor with Exfoliating Bar applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of Gillette Company LLC. This warranty applies to just the handle and exfoliating bar, and does not apply to any cartridges or other accessories included with purchase or purchased separately. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. Gillette warrants that the handle and exfoliating bar shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when it is used under normal household conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, cosmetic changes in line with normal use, consequential or incidental damages, or damage resulting from accident, dropping, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use, commercial use, or due to failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

If the handle or exfoliating bar fails to work properly, in accordance with the above terms, Gillette, at its option, will: (1) replace the GilletteLabs Razor with Exfoliating Bar handle at no charge; (2) provide a pre-paid gift card for the MSRP at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes; or (3) replace with a similar product or products of equal or greater value. In order to initiate a warranty claim, call 1-800-445-5388. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. Gillette warrants that the handle and exfoliating bar shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when it is used under normal household conditions. Exclusion of Warranties: The foregoing warranty is the sole warranty offered by Gillette Canada. Gillette Canada hereby disclaims any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Gillette Canada be responsible for consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

 

Garantie À Vie

Cette garantie limitée à vie pour le rasoir GilletteLabs avec barre exfoliante s’applique aux achats réalisés auprès de détaillants autorisés par Procter & Gamble Inc. Cette garantie s’applique seulement au manche et à la barre exfoliante et ne s’applique pas aux cartouches ou autres accessoires inclus avec l’achat ou achetés séparément. La couverture de la garantie s’applique à l’acheteur et au produit original seulement et n’est pas transférable. Gillette garantit que le manche et la barre exfoliante sont exempts de défauts de matériaux et de main-d’œuvre lorsqu’ils sont utilisés dans des conditions ménagères normales. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par une usure normale, des changements cosmétiques conformes à une usure normale, des dommages consécutifs ou accidentels, ou résultant d’un accident, d’une chute, d’une mauvaise utilisation, d’un abus, d’une utilisation déraisonnable, d’une utilisation commerciale ou dus au manque d’entretien raisonnable et nécessaire.


Si le manche ou la barre exfoliante ne fonctionne pas correctement, conformément aux conditions énoncées ci-dessus, Gillette, à sa discrétion : (1) remplacera le manche du rasoir GilletteLabs avec barre exfoliante sans frais pour le consommateur; (2) fournira une carte-cadeau prépayée pour le montant du PDSF au moment de l’achat plus les taxes applicables; ou (3) remplacera avec un ou des produit(s) similaire(s) de valeur égale ou supérieure. Exclusion des garanties : La présente garantie est la seule garantie offerte par Gillette Canada. Par la présente, Gillette Canada rejette toute garantie implicite à l’égard de la qualité marchande ou de l’aptitude à des fins particulières. En aucun cas Gillette Canada ne sera tenue responsable des dommages indirects résultant de l’utilisation de ce produit.
